Enabling pop-ups

Some of our systems rely on your web browser allowing Delta9Sector to allow pop-up windows.

Web browsers

Often web browsers come built-in with pop-up blockers, so you'll need to grant permission. Your web browser is the software you use for viewing websites, it's what you're using now.

Microsoft Edge / Microsoft Internet Explorer

If you are a Windows user and haven't installed a new web browser, you are probably using the standard one: Microsoft Edge or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Microsoft Edge

Instructions:
  • From the "…" menu, go to Settings (Alt+t then o)
  • Click "View advanced settings"
  • Make sure "Block pop-ups" is set to Off.

As this is a global setting (not a per-site setting), you'll want to put it back to "On" when you're done.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Apple Safari

Safari has no per-website control over blocking pop-ups windows. Pop-ups are either blocked, or they are not. To allow pop-ups:
  • From the Safari menu, click Preferences (Cmd+,)
  • Click Security
  • Make sure Block pop-up windows is unchecked

You should go back and check Block pop-up windows when you are done using the site for the day, to avoid inconvenience if other websites abuse pop-up windows.

You may wish to install a more featured web browser, such as Google Chrome for greater convenience.

Opera

Opera has no per-website control over blocking pop-ups windows. Pop-ups are either blocked, or they are not. To allow pop-ups:
  • If you're on Windows or Linux:
    • From the Tools menu, click Options (Alt+t then o)
  • If you're on a Mac:
    • From the Opera menu, click Preferences (Cmd+,)

You should go back and change Pop-ups to "Block unwanted pop-ups" when you are done using the site for the day, to avoid inconvenience if other websites abuse pop-up windows.

Browser extensions / addons

It is also possible you have installed your own pop-up blocker into your web browser. If this is the case then you'll need to configure that to allow pop-ups from https://delta9sector.com.
